Our journey began in 1979 when two brothers founded an Interstate Battery Distributorship in Western Washington. Starting with a warehouse in a garage and an accounting office in one of their kitchens, they built the business on a foundation of exceptional customer service and hard work. Their father joined the effort, helping with deliveries and offering invaluable advice. This dedication quickly propelled us to become the #1 Interstate Battery Distributorship in North America.
Over the years, our business has grown tremendously. We now serve all of Northwest Washington State with a dedicated team of over 100 enthusiastic individuals. The core values that the brothers instilled in the company remain the bedrock of our commitment to making a positive difference for our customers.
In recent years, our journey took a new turn. Our original owners sold the business to Concentric USA, a company that re-imagined the industrial battery space with a focus on customer-centric power solutions. Concentric’s mission is to deliver superior engineered forklift and critical power systems, enabling facility leaders to focus on their core operations rather than battery management.
Today, we continue to uphold our longstanding values while leveraging the strengths of Concentric to provide advanced power solutions and exceptional service.
